Parking
We know that finding convenient parking can be a hassle when bringing your pet to the vet. To make things easier, we will cover the cost of your parking for your visit.
How to Claim Your Parking Credit
✔️ Park in any of the nearest locations.
✔️ Pay for parking and keep your receipt.
✔️ Show your receipt at reception, and we’ll credit the amount to your account.
Emergencies
During normal working hours
If possible phone the surgery on 01689 856220 (Chelsfield) or 01689 490955 (Locksbottom) to inform the surgery of your arrival.
Otherwise, come straight down to the surgery – there is normally a veterinary surgeon on site or nearby.
Outside normal working hours (between 6pm -9am)
Our emergencies are covered by our 24Hour Vetcare team at Mead Veterinary Centre, Mead Road, Dartford, Kent, DA1 2RH
If possible call them in advance on 01322 223311 so they can prepare for your arrival.
